I’m posting this on behalf of Tova Tillinghast: “Our cat, a male named Rascal, has gone missing. He is mostly white, with grey patches, short-haired, and very sweet. We had moved him to a friend’s house on Ramsay Lane (off of Tunnel Road), and he didn’t stick around. We live at Bates and Bristol Roads, so he could be anywhere in between.…[Read more]

If anyone needs fencing, I can recommend someone who’s doing some fencing work for me. They’re very reasonably priced.

Two Great Pyrenees dogs paid me a visit and it turned out they came from someone down Staats Road. I don’t remember the name; it was some years ago. 1-1/5 miles into Staats if I remember correctly.

  • Thanks to Dawn Stover for recommending this.

10mb/s is 10/8 MB/s. Or about one megabyte/second. The numbers phone companies give you are always in megabits. There are 8 megabits in a megabyte. They do that to make the numbers look bigger. They know most people see 10mb/s and think that means ten megabytes per second. That’d be nice, but it’s eight-fold far from the truth. I get 1MB/s…[Read more]
