There are lots of online guides on press release formats. It’s pretty simple. Who, what, when, where, why. (maybe how) and all the important info in the first paragraph. That’s the essence of it.

I think it’s a great idea too. Last month Bob presented it to Snowden Council & they kicked it around a bit. I’m going to the next council to bring it up again….Nail down what everyon wants on the sign & then see if we all can come up with the $ to have someone create it. Do you have any ideas who could carve(?) the sign?

Snowden Community Group 2 months, 1 week agoDoes anyone have a recommendation for a local dentist? I’m very happy with my current dentist, but ever since they merged with another few dentists it turned into a ”big business” and their staff seems highly trained to sell really expensive extras.

I still travel to White Salmon to my dentist Staci Hanson, who is young but good…She was not selling stuff when I was there in Jan.

Last time I was to Curtis Mathisen his office was most sensitive to holding down expenses. I loved it there….and he is a Snowden resdient.

IF that could be a pre-condtion, which it couldn’t because of the combustion issue, the “whole problem” would not go away. We’d still be contributing to China & Asia’s contribution to environmental pollution, global warming. Do we want to be a part of that, is the question. China is still a part of MY world, & I don’t want us to assist…[Read more]

The […] ViewYes, but I don’t understand why the authorities don’t make containing the dust a pre-condition for transporting the coal. Somehow that seems like an obvious solution. Or am I missing something?

What is the goal of the efforts to prevent coal from being exported? It seems that several issues are being commingled, which takes away from the credibility of the effort.
